The ninja is a paper?He just look at you and then at final he cuts you , i dont understand this animation.

This was an old animation from 2015 and was an experiment.
The reason the ninja is "flat like paper" was because hes a moving 2D photoshop layer moving in a 3D space.
Thanks to adobe after effects.
